1. Estimates & Quotes

All quotes provided through the website are estimates based on the details provided. Final pricing is subject to a physical on-site inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure materials and scheduling.

3. Liability

DD Handyman Services is fully insured; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage or issues discovered during the course of a repair that were not visible during the initial quote.

4. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
